Town of Plymouth, NH

The Plymouth Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at the Plymouth Town Hall at 7:00 PM. The Board will discuss and hold a public hearing on the following application:

I. Case # 208 097.32 ZBA 120109-1: CONTINUED FROM 01/05/10 ZBA Meeting. Discussion and a Public Hearing on a Special Exception request from Plymouth Woods Family Housing requesting the following two Special Exceptions, as referenced in Article III, Section 304 of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, for a 4.92 acre property located off of Fairgrounds Road and Allen Avenue (PID 208 097.32-208 097.46) in the A-Agricultural Zone:

1. A Special Exception to permit "Multiple Unit Dwellings of 3 to 6 Units." The proposal is to build 24 workforce housing units on 4.92 acres.

2. A Special Exception to permit "More than one main structure" on a parcel. The proposal is to build four building of approximately the same size with six apartments in each building.

The Zoning Board of Adjustment reserves the right to continue discussions and public hearings on this application later in the meeting or at future meetings.

Applications are available for review at Town Hall, 6 Post Office Square, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
