In 2021, she became an integral part of the PRHS Administrative Team as the Assistant Principal. Mrs. Eccleston knows that it takes leaders to grow other leaders.  She would like to take this opportunity to thank the leaders in SAU 48 who have continued to “level up” her opportunities in SAU 48.  Those leaders who have had significant influence on Mrs. Eccleston include; Bruce Parsons, Kyla Welch, Mark Halloran, and Jim George.

Janet brings to this role her extensive background in education with over 15 years of experience in SAU 48.  We welcome Janet to this position and look forward to the leadership she will bring to the high school team as they continue to develop creative educational opportunities and guide the students of PRHS to their futures.  We also want to recognize and thank Principal Bruce Parsons, who has devoted over 30 years of exceptional leadership to the district. PRHS has been very fortunate to have such a dedicated individual lead our school community. Our PRHS community is one of a kind, and we are thankful for all the educators who make PRHS extraordinary.”

Mrs. Eccleston holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from William Smith College and a Masters of Language Arts degree from Binghamton University.  Mrs. Eccleston went on to complete both a Special Education Administrator Program and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Educational Leadership from Plymouth State University. She has my full support.”
