Planning Board announces public hearings for Thursday, December 21st
PUBLIC NOTICE
The Plymouth Planning Board will review and hold public hearings on the following applications at their meeting on Thursday, December 21, 2023, at 6:30 PM at Plymouth Town Hall, 6 Post Office Square:
- A public hearing regarding a boundary line adjustment application from Forest Resource Consultants on behalf of Green Acre Woodlands, Inc. and James & Deborah Horan, to adjust a common Boundary between parcels 234-020 and 235-001, located at 68 Scenic View Drive/Texas Hill Road. Parcel 235-001 is subject to a conservation easement. 6.28 acres would be exchanged from parcel 235-001 to 234-020, resulting in acreages of 23.94 and 1211.22. Both properties lie in the Agricultural zoning district.
- A public hearing regarding a Site Plan Review application from Mountain Village Charter School, regarding their proposed development of an educational facility including three classroom buildings and associated site improvements on parcel 213-031, Tenney Mountain Highway. Property is located in the Industrial Commercial Development zoning district.
