Public Notice: Planning Board to hold public hearings on October 19th

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Plymouth Planning Board will review and hold public hearings on the following applications at their meeting on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 6:30 PM at Plymouth Town Hall, 6 Post Office Square:

  1. A public hearing regarding an application for Boundary Line Adjustment to alter a common boundary between parcels 220-032-002 (Chaddarin Lane) owned by Guy R. Mathieu; and parcel 220-032-003 (113 Chaddarin Lane), owned by Barnum Revocable Trust. This will result in parcels of 0.88 and 1.18 acres. Both properties lie in the Single-Family Residential zoning district.
  2. A public hearing regarding an application for Boundary Line Adjustment from Horizons Engineering that would decrease the size of parcel 208-076 (Slater Holdings, LLC) and increase parcels 208-068 (Pine Gate Cooperative Inc); 208-070 (Rosalie Pendoley); and 208-071 (Doreen L. Tillotson); resulting in parcels of approximately 15.60, 14.77, 1.08, and 1.08 acres on Fairgrounds Road, Beech Hill Road, Hutchins Road, and Pine Gate Road. The proposal also includes elimination of Hutchins Road right of way. These properties lie in the Agricultural zoning district.
  3. A public hearing regarding an application for Site Plan Review from Horizons Engineering on behalf of property owner Slater Holdings, LLC, to develop a self-storage facility with an office and associated site improvements on parcel 208-076, Hutchins Road/Fairgrounds Road. This property lies within the Agricultural zoning district.
