Public Notice: Planning Board to hold public hearings on August 17th
The Plymouth Planning Board will review and hold public hearings on the following applications at their meeting on Thursday, August 17th, at 6:30 PM at Plymouth Town Hall, 6 Post Office Square:
A continuation of a public hearing regarding a Site Plan Review application from BYCO, LLC. The proposal is to construct a self-storage facility, along with associated pavement and drainage, in two phases on parcels 208-097-032 and 208-097-031, located at the end of Page Street. Properties lie in the Agricultural zoning district.A public hearing regarding a Boundary Line Adjustment between properties at 167 and 159 Reservoir Road. The proposal is to adjust the boundary between parcel 106-005 (167 Reservoir Road), owned by William R. and Denise Bolton; and parcel 106-004 (159 Reservoir Road), owned by Kyle A. and Rena C. Hancock. The overall size of each parcel will remain the same, at 59.7 and 1.06 acres. Both properties lie in the Agricultural zoning district.
