Press Release

On Saturday March 23rd, 2024 at 8:13 AM, Plymouth Fire-Rescue was dispatched for a building fire at 15 Moits Place.  Plymouth Companies arrived to find smoke showing from the home.  A 1st alarm was requested bringing in mutual aid to assist with fire suppression operations.  The fire originated in the exterior wall, moving up the wall into the attic.  Companies were able to extinguish the fire, efforts were slowed due to the snowstorm. 

The home is considered a total loss, due to the amount of heat damage that was sustained to the home.  No injuries were sustained during the fire.  Currently the fire is believed to be Accidental. 

Plymouth Companies were assisted by Plymouth Police, Campton-Thornton FD, Ashland FD, Holderness FD, Rumney FD, Warren-Wentworth Ambulance, New Hampton FD and Stewart’s Ambulance covering the station, NH Electric Co-op & Red Cross.  Thank you to our mutual aid partners in assisting our community.
