Public Notice: Planning Board Hearings 3/21/24
PUBLIC NOTICE
The Plymouth Planning Board will review and hold public hearings on the following applications at their meeting on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 6:30 PM at Plymouth Town Hall, 6 Post Office Square:
- A site plan review application received from Warren Lewis on behalf of AR Lodge, LLC to construct a 28’ x 48’ pavilion to accompany the existing hotel at 304 Main Street. (PID 209-023) The property lies within the Highway Commercial zoning district.
- A site plan review application received from Hess Engineering and Construction Consultants on behalf of YTN TMH, LLC to develop an approximately 6,000 sf building featuring first floor commercial space and two residential units on the second floor, along with associated site and drainage improvements, as well as site improvements to support a potential future phase two. The development is proposed for property on the east side of Yeaton Road (PID 213-014). The property lies within the Agricultural zoning district.
